General:

Louise was persuaded to join the team to help overcome the many obstacles that COVID, furlough and ‘working from home’ presented to the efficient running of our business and the delivery of exceptional client service and very quickly became an invaluable team member.

Louise manages the Investment & Retirement Solutions Ltd review and improve service; liaising with clients, investment, product & service providers to collate the data set needed by the directors to conduct the review meetings which our clients find so valuable.

Outside of work, Louise enjoys spending time socialising and spending time with her family.
