Delays expected as Royal Mail clear backlogs
* Delays expected to post:
At the time of writing (19th December) delays in receiving our outgoing mail is being reported and we are experiencing delays in receiving incoming post. The Royal Mail report exceptional demand and COVID disruption as the cause for these delays which are beyond our control.
0333 443 1066 telephone number
We anticipate a lower volume of incoming calls over the Christmas period and are therefore using the opportunity to make some changes to the routing of our 0333 443 1066 telephone number. Consequently, we expect to have fewer members of the team able to answer incoming telephone calls. We expect this disruption to last until the end of January 2021. If we miss your inbound telephone call please do leave a message, our voicemail service should not be impacted by the changes we’re making.
Email and mobile telephones
If you know the email address of the person you need, feel free to use it. We’ll all be checking our emails over the festive period. If you’re not sure who to email, please use our contact form here and we’ll get back to you within one working day. If you’ve got the mobile number of any of our team members feel free to use it. If anyone is having ‘family time’ your call will go to voicemail but will be returned as soon as possible
Newsletter
As we continue to refine our regular communications, over the Christmas break we’ll be emailing newsletter snippets which will link to articles we’ll be publishing in the ‘news’ section of our website. Watch out for those emails – we’ll be including a summary of what we think we got right during 2020 along with our thoughts about what we can do better or differently to improve our client’s experience, as not everything went to plan during 2020.
Ho ho ho, Merry Chrismas everyone
Notwithstanding the difficulties our society currently faces, we’d like to wish all our clients and all our professional connections a safe and Merry Christmas and a healthy, prosperous and Happy New Year as we eagerly look forward to hopefully being able to move towards what we remember as ‘normal’ during 2021.
