Following the Prime Minister’s announcement on Monday 12th July confirming “Freedom Day” and having had the opportunity to review the proposed guidance and rules published by the governments of the three nations, we’re excitedly looking forward to being able to meet with clients face-to-face from Monday 19th July.
However, having consulted all of the available information, we have concluded that all that is changing are technical changes from “law & regulation” to “guidance” and that the guidance is to comply with the laws and regulations when they become guidance.
It is clear that video-conferencing and telephone meetings should remain the default option for many clients, for a little while longer. However, we recognise the value of real-world face-to-face interactions so we will be resuming real-world meetings from Monday 19th July.
To protect our clients, families and team, real-world meetings from Monday 19th July will ONLY be attended if they are ‘COVID-Secure‘.
We anticipate our COVID-Secure-Meetings policy will evolve as the three nations continue to evolve their COVID policies and as we experience the ‘new normal‘. Therefore, we have created a new page on our website, dedicated to COVID Secure Meetings. The new page can be found under the “working together” menu are directly here and includes a downloadable COVID-Secure meeting checklist.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us should you have any queries.
