Some of our clients have assets (investments & pensions) held with Old Mutual. Over recent months these clients, like us, have suffered degraded digital access to Old Mutual as planned engineering work has been conducted on their technology infrastructure.
We have received notification from Old Mutual that this engineering work is nearing its conclusion and that our mutual clients will be migrated to a brand new technology platform as of 10.30 am on Monday 1st March.
From Monday 15th February some features and functionality on Old Mutual’s existing technology platform will cease to be available until the migration completes on Monday 1st March. Transactional instructions given to Old Mutual from 15th February may be deferred until after 1st March.
Old Mutual is writing to those of our clients who will be impacted by this technology upgrade with further details.
